Kangana Ranaut, Bollywood actress and BJP politician, weighed in on the ongoing 2024 US Election. Voting for the next President of the United States of America concluded on Tuesday (5 November 2024). Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are eyeing the POTUS seat this election. While everyone waits to see the results of the US Elections 2024, Ranaut took to her Instagram Stories and endorsed Trump as the next POTUS.
The actress shared a picture of Trump from a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania from back in July 2024, where he was attacked. Sharing the photo from the attempted assassination, Ranaut said that if she were a citizen of the US, she would vote for him. “If I were American, I would vote for the one who got shot, dodged it, got up, and continued his speech. Total killer,” she wrote.
For those unaware, back in July, when Trump was attacked, Ranaut lauded him for rising immediately after the attempted assassination, and she also slammed his opposition. At the time, Ranaut took to her Instagram Stories and said that the opposition in the US, fighting against Trump in the upcoming Presidential elections, is ‘getting desperate.’ “Trump was shot in his rally, he survived this assassination attempt, but leftists are clearly getting desperate… Everyone needs to be careful,” she wrote.
Later, while sharing a picture of Trump, Ranaut wrote, “This man, almost 80, after taking several bullets gets up punching first screams ‘Hail America’ will win this election. That’s right wing, never start a fight but be the one to close it. For America, he took a bullet on his chest, if he was not wearing a bullet proof jacket, he would have not survived this assassination attack. Left ideology never ceases to amaze me, The left’s main dissent with the right is violent. They love to fight for Dharma and the left essentially believes in love and peace so the woke left tried to kill Trump so hate and violence can’t win. Hmm… very smart, left, very smart.”
Meanwhile, Trump and Harris have gone all out to campaign against each other. While the voting has ended, the US Election 2024 results are yet to be announced. As for Kangana Ranaut, the actress is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Emergency.
